程序太長,智能簡單看了一下。提幾個建議,可以修改一下: 1 命令 KBC, 1 改為 KBC,0 將階梯式加載改為 斜坡方式加載,更符合實際情況。 2 所有的函數(shù)定義,移到使用該函數(shù)的命令之前。因為按照 ANSYS 的規(guī)定,函數(shù)中的所有參數(shù) (包括局部坐標系) 都是使用該函數(shù)定義之前的數(shù)據(jù),你的函數(shù)定義是在求解部分的最前面,其中的參數(shù)將固定為該處的值,不會隨著熱源的移動而變化,與實際情況不符合。因而所有三道焊縫的計算結(jié)果都是錯誤的。 3 多處 nsubst 命令,最好修改一下。該命令的格式是: NSUBST, 常規(guī)子步數(shù), 最大子步數(shù), 最小子步數(shù) 你的命令流中: 第一個: NSUBST,1 建議改為: NSUBST,5,5,1 其它的: NSUBST,400,200,500 ,不符合該命令的用法,建議改為: NSUBST, 10,1000,10 4 你的熱輻射的定義可能有問題,由于我手頭沒有資料,暫時說不出哪里有問題,你可以先不施加熱輻射載荷,試試看是否冷卻后還出現(xiàn)你說的問題。 以上僅供參考,你不妨試試。 |
