Postdoc Position at Rice University

Postdoc positions are available in the group of Dr. Han Xiao at Rice University. The focus of our research is the development of innovative chemical tools allowing us to understand complex biology system as well as develop novel therapeutic strategies. More information on the research program can be found at: https://xiao.rice.edu We are currently accepting applications for highly self-motivated postdocs with one of the following expertise: 1. Synthetic Chemistry or Chemical Biology: We are looking for postdoc fellows with strong background in organic synthesis. Experience or interest in chemical biology is a plus. 2. Biomedical Engineering: We are looking for postdoc fellows with experiences in molecular cloning, protein engineering, nanomedicine, and/or cell engineering. Candidates with experiences in direct enzyme/antibody evolution, immune cell engineering, bacterial/yeast display are preferred. In addition, please indicate in the email your research interest, how it fits into the research program, and your expected career path.
