Matlab處理醫(yī)學(xué)影像數(shù)據(jù) 已有1人參與

| 求助求助本人用拿到了CT數(shù)據(jù)，dicom格式的，16位，現(xiàn)在想根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)中的以下描述用Matlab來處理數(shù)據(jù)，有大神能指點一下要怎么操作嗎？文獻(xiàn)中是這樣描述的：“The obtained X-ray images were treated as follows: the images were first transformed into negative edition; then the function "rgb2gray" in MATLAB program was employed to transform the negative edition into gray images and also to extract the corresponding gray matrix. The weighted average gray value of each sample was then statistical calculated from the gray matrix using the weighted average method." |
