請(qǐng)問(wèn)大家能不能幫忙看看這段描述，這些基因數(shù)量我怎么加起來(lái)不對(duì)呢。這個(gè)百分比是正好100，這個(gè)基因數(shù)量加起來(lái)可不止7077呀。剛剛接觸這塊，有點(diǎn)迷糊。網(wǎng)上也搜不到，請(qǐng)大家?guī)蛶兔�，感激不盡: In order to obtain functional information, gene and homologous protein annotation were mapped to the GO and COG databases. Out of the 7077 Nr annotated unigenes, 2555 were assigned at least one GO term, and were categorized into three functional groups including biological process (4161 unigenes, 46.27%), cellular component (2516 unigenes, 27.98%) and molecular function (2314 unigenes, 25.74%). In the biological process group, most of the potential functions of unigene were concentrated centered in the cellular process (1453 unigenes), metabolic process (1105 unigenes) and single-organism process (753 unigenes). Among the cellular component group, cell part (1344 unigenes) and cell (1257 unigenes) were the most highly represented, followed by organelle (795 unigenes). In the molecular function group, catalytic activity (1060 unigenes) and binding (721 unigenes) occupied the top two, while the others did not exceed 4%. When the unigenes were classified according to the COG database, a total of 4659 unigenes were clustered into 25 categories, of which the largest was general function prediction (705 unigenes), and the least was the nuclear structure. |
