DNA序列上傳NCBI問(wèn)題求解

在NCBI上傳動(dòng)物COI序列后收到NCBI如下郵件，望有經(jīng)驗(yàn)前輩賜教，該如何解決。本人比較外行，DNA提取擴(kuò)增后都是由測(cè)序公司測(cè)序拼接的，對(duì)基因序列中存在的問(wèn)題也不太清楚。NCBI郵件如下： We have received the following 57 sequence submissions from you: SUB7027792 : (57) Some or all of the protein coding sequences contain reading frame shifts (insertions/deletions based on BLAST similarity search results and/or an alignment), and/or have translations that show little or no similarity to other proteins in the database. This generally indicates problems such as: - errors in the nucleotide sequence - sequences have not been trimmed of low quality - problems with feature annotation which may be due to: translation in the wrong reading frame or on the wrong strand translation does not have the correct exon spans translation includes noncoding sequence, such as introns or UTR's Provide a corrected submission file through the Submission Portal: |
