審稿意見中關(guān)于晶體解析的問(wèn)題 已有1人參與

各位蟲友，我年前投了篇文章，里邊有四個(gè)晶體，最近收到了審稿人的意見，看來(lái)這個(gè)審稿人是做晶體解析的，提的問(wèn)題好專業(yè)。本人對(duì)晶體解析一竅不通，不知道審稿人說(shuō)的啥，我把審稿人的意見發(fā)出來(lái)，請(qǐng)幫忙參謀參謀審稿人想讓我干啥。感謝感謝！ 1. -not mentioning the primary and secondary structure solution strategies 2. -there are three structure which were apparently not corrected at all for absorption, which probably led to "interesting" weighting schemes - please use an absorption correction. 3. -I'm not entirely sure whether the long list of OMIT instructions for certain reflections add much to the trustworthiness of the structures. If they are not associated with beam stop or cutoff effects, or cannot otherwise be rationalised, you may be washing out features in the residual map rather than improving the refinements. I haven't done a re-refinement on the structures, but this is something that should be commented on. 4. -In general, head the warnings from CIFCheck, and comment on them in the paper how they were checked and why they cannot be resolved. |
