普渡大學(xué)Sunghwan Lee老師招收全獎博士和博士后。 課題組主頁：https://baylorme.wixsite.com/leethinfilm 電池儲能博士后 & 博士研究生招聘（有固態(tài)電池經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先） 本課題組誠邀有志青年加入我們的團(tuán)隊，共同推進(jìn)功能性薄膜在固態(tài)電池中研究�，F(xiàn)招聘 1 名博士后（計算/理論方向，具備一定實驗經(jīng)驗） 和 1 名博士研究生（實驗方向）。 (1) 博士后 – 計算/理論方向（兼具一定的實驗經(jīng)驗） 研究內(nèi)容與職責(zé)： 1. 開展第一性原理密度泛函理論（DFT）計算，用于電極/電解質(zhì)界面及人工界面的設(shè)計。 2. 進(jìn)行有限元分析（FEA），研究 Si/C 復(fù)合負(fù)極的力學(xué)與電化學(xué)過程。 3. 應(yīng)用人工智能與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)（AI & ML）方法，加速材料發(fā)現(xiàn)、性能預(yù)測與界面優(yōu)化。 4. 與實驗研究人員緊密合作，指導(dǎo)實驗設(shè)計并驗證理論預(yù)測。 應(yīng)聘條件： 1. 獲得材料科學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。 2. 具有扎實的計算模擬背景（DFT、FEA 或 ML 至少具備其中一項，多項更佳）。 3. 熟練掌握 Python/Matlab 編程，熟悉 VASP、LAMMPS、COMSOL 等軟件。 4. 具備電池組裝與電化學(xué)測試的實踐經(jīng)驗（或有強(qiáng)烈學(xué)習(xí)意愿）。 5. 有較強(qiáng)的科研能力，并在同行評審期刊發(fā)表過論文。 6. 具備良好的溝通能力與團(tuán)隊合作精神。 (2) 博士研究生 – 實驗方向 1. 研究內(nèi)容與職責(zé)： 2. 負(fù)責(zé)固態(tài)電池的組裝與優(yōu)化。 3. 開展系統(tǒng)的電化學(xué)性能測試，包括 CV、EIS、GITT、PITT、LSV、Tafel 分析等。 4. 進(jìn)行材料結(jié)構(gòu)與表征研究，包括 SEM、TEM、XRD、XPS、Raman、FT-IR 等。 5. 將結(jié)構(gòu)/電化學(xué)結(jié)果與電池性能進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)，揭示機(jī)理并指導(dǎo)設(shè)計優(yōu)化。 應(yīng)聘條件： 1. 具備材料科學(xué)、電化學(xué)、化學(xué)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位（或同等學(xué)歷）。 2. 擁有扎實的電池組裝與電化學(xué)測試的實驗技能。 3. 熟悉材料表征方法與測試手段。 4. 對實驗研究有強(qiáng)烈興趣，并樂于與計算研究人員協(xié)作。 請將申請郵件發(fā)送至sunghlee@purdue.edu. ========================================================================================= Postdoctoral Researcher & PhD Student Positions in Batteries/Energy Storage (Prefer Solid-State Batteries) Our laboratory is seeking highly motivated researchers to join our team in advancing solid-state battery research with Si/C composite anodes. We currently have openings for one Postdoctoral Researcher (Computational/Theoretical focus) and one PhD Student (Experimental focus). (1). Postdoctoral Researcher – Computational/Theoretical Focus (with Experimental Experience) Responsibilities: 1. Performing first-principles density functional theory (DFT) calculations for electrode/electrolyte interfaces and interphase design. 2. Conducting finite element analysis (FEA) for mechanical/electrochemical modeling of Si/C composite anodes. 3. Applying artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI & ML) to accelerate materials discovery, performance prediction, and interphase optimization. 4. Working closely with experimental collaborators to guide design and validate computational predictions. Requirements: 1. PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline. 2. Strong background in computational modeling (DFT, FEA, or ML; experience in at least one is required, more is preferred). 3. Programming skills in Python/Matlab and familiarity with VASP, LAMMPS, COMSOL, or similar software. 4. Hands-on experience (or strong willingness to learn) in battery assembly and electrochemical testing. 5. Proven research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals. 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (2). PhD Student – Experimental Focus Responsibilities: 1. Assembly and optimization of batteries. 2. Conducting comprehensive electrochemical tests, including CV, EIS, GITT, PITT, LSV, Tafel analysis, and related techniques. 3. Performing advanced materials characterizations, including SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, Raman, and FT-IR spectroscopy. 4. Correlating structural/electrochemical results with performance for mechanistic understanding and design improvement. Requirements: 1. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 2. Strong hands-on experience in battery assembly and electrochemical analysis. 3. Familiarity with materials characterization techniques. 4. Enthusiasm for experimental research and collaboration with computational researchers.
